Presentation Guidelines

General Information

All presenters must be registered by the Registration Deadline.
To withdraw an abstract, please send your presentation title and author’s last name by Friday, September 29th. Speakers who fail to show up for their scheduled presentations without previously notifying the program planner of cancellation will not be permitted.
Submitted abstract MAY NOT BE CHANGED. Only small typo would be accepted. Please let local secretariat know by Monday, November 13th if you would like to revise your abstract. For security purposes, the author’s name and title should not be changed.


Workshop Presentation 

Workshops are 90 minutes in length including questions
The schedule of the workshop will be available sometime soon. Please check the online program for any updates to the program closer to the meeting dates.
For the presentation, please bring your own Note PC (Windows PC or MAC) and display adapter. Please let the local secretariat know if you need sound.
All speakers are required to check into the reception office at least 1 hour before their presentation.


Special Topics Session

Special Topics presentations are 45 minutes in length including questions.
The schedule of the Special Topics Session will be available sometime soon. Please check the online program for any updates to the program closer to the meeting dates.
For the presentation, please bring your own Note PC (Windows PC or MAC) and display adapter. Please let the local secretariat know if you need sound.
All speakers are required to check into the reception office at least 1 hour before their
presentation. Please come to the next speaker’s desk at the conference hall, when the
previous speaker starts his/her presentation.


Oral Session

Oral presentations are 15 minutes in length including questions
The schedule of the oral presentation site will be available sometime soon. Please check the online program for any updates to the program closer to the meeting dates.
For the presentation, please bring your own Note PC(Windows PC or MAC) and display adapter. Please let the local secretariat know if you need sound.
All speakers are required to check into the reception office at least 1 hour before their presentation. Please come to the next speaker’s desk at the conference hall, when the previous speaker starts his/her presentation.


Poster Session

The poster board will be 1.8m height by 1.2m wide, mounted on stands. According to this, A0 size (1.2m height by 0.9 wide) poster is recommended.
Place the title of your paper and name of author at the top of the poster board to allow viewers to identify your paper
The layout of the poster presentation site will be available Poster Session Schedule & layout. Please check it for any updates to the program closer to the meeting dates.
Thumbtacks will be available on-site for mounting the displays.
The author must remain at his/her poster for the duration of the assigned session (i.e. single day). The presenter is encouraged to explore other posters on other days of the conference
Posters may be set up by 14:00 of Wednesday, November 29. Posters must remain up the entire 3 days.
Posters may be removed by 14:00 of Friday, December 1st. Posters remaining after this time will be removed and recycled.
