General Information<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nAll presenters must be registered by the Registration Deadline.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nTo withdraw an abstract, please send your presentation title and author’s last name by\u00a0Friday, September 29th. Speakers who fail to show up for their scheduled presentations\u00a0without previously notifying the program planner of cancellation will not be permitted.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nSubmitted abstract MAY NOT BE CHANGED. Only small typo would be accepted. Please let local secretariat know by Monday, November 13th if you would like to revise your abstract. For security purposes, the author’s name and title should not be changed.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

\n Poster Session<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nThe poster board will be 1.8m height by 1.2m wide, mounted on stands. According to\u00a0this, A0 size (1.2m height by 0.9 wide) poster is recommended.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nPlace the title of your paper and name of author at the top of the poster board to allow viewers to identify your paper<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nThe layout of the poster presentation site will be available Poster Session<\/span> Schedule & layout<\/span><\/a>. Please\u00a0check it for any updates to the\u00a0program closer to the meeting dates.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nThumbtacks will be available on-site for mounting the displays.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nThe author must remain at his\/her poster for the duration of the assigned session (i.e. single day). The presenter is encouraged to explore other posters on other days of the conference<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nPosters may be set up by 14:00 of Wednesday, November 29. Posters must remain up\u00a0the entire 3 days.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u221a<\/span><\/td>\nPosters may be removed by 14:00 of Friday, December 1st. Posters remaining after this\u00a0time will be removed and recycled.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
